Viktoria Schuler

Project Manager, HR Agri Services

Viktoria Schuler is a driven HR professional with over 15 years of experience in agricultural HR management, policy development, recruitment, global mobility and immigration.

Before joining the Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council (CAHRC), she assisted agricultural producers in Western Canada with foreign and local recruitment and employee retention strategies. Her extensive experience and close connections with producers give Viktoria a deep understanding of labour market trends in the agricultural industry, along with its unique challenges and opportunities.

Viktoria enjoys a busy family life in Saskatoon with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she loves biking along the Saskatchewan River, reading, baking, and exploring ethnic cuisines in Saskatoon.
